Due to the limited nature of our releases, handcrafted processes, and exclusive products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

MADE TO ORDER & HANDCRAFTED ITEMS

Many Amarani Utopia pieces are handmade, customized, reworked, or produced in limited quantities. Minor variations, distressing, washes, embellishments, and handcrafted details are intentional and make each piece unique.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow adequate processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and order volume.

SHIPPING

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Amarani Utopia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed. Please verify all shipping information before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

LIMITED RELEASES

All Amarani Utopia releases are available while supplies last. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory until checkout is completed.
