8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Amarani Utopia is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after shipment, though we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible.

All designs, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and content created by Amarani Utopia are the property of Amarani Utopia and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
