At Amarani Utopia, every piece is handled with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Standard processing time is 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

• Made-to-order, customized, or limited-edition items may require additional processing time.

• Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

• Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Amarani Utopia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Amarani Utopia is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If a shipment is lost or delayed, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist with carrier claims when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.

International Shipping

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

• Amarani Utopia is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping timelines, Amarani Utopia cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, severe weather, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the shipping packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
